I am Grigoris Argeros, Professor of Sociology at Eastern Michigan University. My research focuses on urban sociology, race and ethnicity, immigration, residential segregation, suburbanization, and social demography.

Through my research, I examine how cities, suburbs, and neighborhoods change over time and how demographic, social, and economic processes shape metropolitan areas.
